The appointment form prepares a WhatsApp message containing your name, mobile number, consultation type and preferred date and time. It does not send anything automatically. The optional health note stays in page memory, is not saved by this website and is not included in the WhatsApp message.
WhatsApp and external services
Choosing “Continue to WhatsApp” opens an external service with your prepared appointment details. Information then falls under that service’s policies and the hospital’s communication practices. Send only what is needed to coordinate your visit. Call the hospital if you prefer not to use WhatsApp.
Wellness tools
Prakriti answers and BMI measurements are processed in your browser. This website does not store them in localStorage or send them to analytics. A downloaded report is saved only to your device. Leaving or reloading the page clears the inputs.
Hosting and analytics
No advertising, third-party analytics or marketing cookies are configured in this website. The hosting platform may process technical access information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. Future analytics integration is limited to named actions and must never include patient details, form text or assessment answers.
